Penny Machines "The design of the British amusement machine was steered from the beginning by gaming laws that preceded its invention. Official intolerance of gambling waxed and waned over the years, but slot machines that relied on pure chance had either to hide their true colours or literally hide in the shady corners of fairgrounds and arcades. Manufacturers played safe either by producing pure "amusement only" games, that returned the player's coin at most, or contrived to incorporate a semblance of skill in machines that offered higher rewards."
Al's Arcades "If you're looking for information on collecting Arcade Video games and Pinball Machines, you've come to right place. There is a popular document on how to install a CAP KIT in a video game monitor. Just click the tech pages button in the left frame to see this and other wonders."

Chronology of
Video Game Systems
" This document is an attempt to bring various published sources together to present a timeline about Video Game Systems. By 'Video Game Systems', I am meaning any standalone electronic (typically computer-based) game machine with a graphical display. This includes arcade units, television game consoles, handheld systems, and game cartridges and disks, but excludes home/personal computers (and computer game software) which have more general purpose uses."
Classic Arcade Gaming "My goal is to provide a great source of unique and valuable information about the arcade games (primarily video) that were brought out during the 'classic' era, which I'll roughly define as the period from 1978 (Space Invaders) until about 1989 (Klax).  Believe me, I know I'll get a lot of differing opinions on that span, and I won't argue that they're wrong.  I'll also note that I will mix things up a bit by saying that my emphasis is on the 'feel' of a classic, so, a number of games outside the above time range (perhaps even some of the more recent ones) will pop up occasionally on these pages. "
Videogames101 "I own well over 20 video games systems and over 1,000 videogames (I simply got tired of counting them all so that's a rough estimate) so I certainly know a thing or two about many video games over the year"

Meccano & Erector Club "The worldwide association of individuals whose hobby is to collect sets and literature, or build models in Erector, Meccano, Marklin, or any other metal construction system."
Gallery of Monster Toys "Dedicated to preserving a disappearing facet of our popular culture. Vintage monster toys are typically overlooked by collectors, largely because they seem obsolete in today's world. The toys in this gallery are not, for the most part, "slick" or "hyper-detailed." They are humble and imperfect. They depict flawed, tortured creatures. These toys capture a time when horror was fun. A time when monsters seemed like "big brothers" to their young fans. I hope those who visit the Gallery will acquire an appreciation, not only for the toys pictured, but for all that they represent. This web site is for all those boys and girls who grew up watching Creature Features and Chiller Theaters, reading Famous Monsters of Filmland, and playing with these cherished toys...and for all those who wished they had."
Pedals-N-Pumps "Click on the buttons below left to see pictures from my collection, including pedal cars, pedal tractors, pedal car accessories, full sized gas pumps, and gas pump style curio cabinets."
Good Traders Registry Hot Wheel Trader clubs
DieCast Diner "Stop by and join the family at the Diecast diner forum for all the latest news in diecast, or just to chat a bit with friends. We have several photo of the day topics and we also have many off topics for those dry spells. Customs, Diorama's, to variations, we have it all covered at the Diner. The Diner is a sponsor free, non profit collector site. The only ads you'll see at the Diner, either advertise something on this site, or another hobby site."
More Hot Wheels "This website was created to provide information on the world of Hot wheels collecting. Specifically, the 1/64 scale vehicles that have been a popular toy around the world since 1968."
Dan's Matchbox Pages "Celebrating 55 years of die cast cars in 2008, Matchbox introduces special limited-edition vehicles featuring a special anniversary paint and deco design of the 2006 Lexus GS430 (real series), 1965 Austin Mini van (action series), and the 1972 Ford Bronco (adventure series)."
Matchbox Collectors' Community Hall "This is the premier place to chat and find out about these great little cars that we fell in love with all those years ago! We have some of the pre-eminent authorities of diecast car collecting providing answers to questions and contributing to the discussions here. We welcome all diecast collectors, of all ages. Although this site started as a Matchbox oriented site, we realize that many collectors collect other makes as well. You will find many forums on the discussion area of this site for Corgi, Hot Wheels, and countless other interesting little toy cars."
Matchbox Memories " For collectors of the Lesney range of die cast models, the 'Models of Yesteryear'  was the flagship range of the company. "
