Slightly Creaky Community

Slightly Creaky is a community effort. The operational team is devoting over 40 hours a week to maintain this site, but we can not do it alone. Thus, we are seeking volunteers willing to give a few hours a week to assist as:

Columnists: We welcome regular and sporadic contributions from those willing to contribute 200 to 400 word columns on a variety of topics.

Message Board Leaders: Every community needs leaders. We are willing to set up message boards on relevant topics and provide access to moderation tools for anyone willing to open discussions, keep them active, and handle improper or abusive posts.

Researchers: Most of our information and links have come from extensive research through search engines. Although the operational team will continue to provide such material, we will grow faster and be more valuable if we had a team of people contributing to our growth.

Editors: Quality is more important than quantity. We try our best to keep things accurate. We seek people willing to proofread items on the site and to check to make sure our informational links are accurate.

Partners:Visitors seek not only information, but trustworthy commercial links as well. We are looking for partner with travel agencies, national organizations, and other commercial interests that can not only provide support for our readers but assist offset our expenses.
